Abathar Tajaldeen is a legal entrepreneur and attorney based in Dearborn, Michigan. He is the founder of BridgeLex PLLC, a modern general counsel law firm with a national and growing international presence across the US, Iraq, and the Gulf.
Abathar brings deep experience in immigration, business law, nonprofit leadership, and cross-border legal strategy. He previously served as Executive Director of The Mainstay Foundation for over eight years, leading capacity building programs in the United States and humanitarian projects across Iraq, India, Kenya, and Tanzania. He currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Abathar co-authored Leadership and Development and Practical Advice, a guide on personal development for university students and young professionals. He holds a J.D. in Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Wayne State University.
